Bij de klantenservice heeft men mij verteld dat ik de delta interactieve tv App op mijn smart tv kon installeren, de tv draait Android 8 of 9 en voor de app heb je 5 of 6 nodig. Ik krijg de app alleen niet gevonden op tv via google play, op de telefoon is dit geen probleem

Update 26-4-2021: nieuwe update zorgt dat ik nu wel kan kijken. Maar nog steeds draait het beeld niet als met telefoon in landschap modus wil kijken. Heb een xperia 5II met 21/9 scherm, zou toch ideaal zijn om dan ook in breedbeeld te kunnen kijken ipv portretmodus. Als app opstart lijkt hij wel in landschap op te willen starten, dus misschien wordt er op basis van resolutie bepaald of er in portret of landschap modus video getoond wordt ipv de sensor die aangeeft hoe de device gehouden wordt.

Afspelen van content lukt consistent niet

wanneer wordt de app nu eens geüpdate zodat doorspoelen weer gaat werken en niet alleen de EERSTE vijf minuten. Dit is toepasselijk voor terugkijken en voor alle opgenomen program Matig doorspoel functie werkt niet. Ja dit is bij alle programma's. je kunt een heel klein stukje doorspoelen denk 5 minuten daarna is het afgelopen en is de doorspoelknop uitgeblend en niet meer te gebruiken. indien je besluit om door te spoelen via de tijdsbalk dan is dat een keer mogelijk en daarna niet meer....
