As we come up on a year after the rewrite of the app none of the problems have been addressed. While the app will work for 2 to 4 hours it will crash leaving audio running and fail to manage any lights. The timer functionality hasn't been restored as promised it would be. The app crash is aweful even closing the program audio continues until a relaunch which then instantly crashes the app to a full stop. Cannot recommend. Developer doesn't take this seriously and it is a waste of money.

Great app, or at least it was. I have great internet, Pixel 4XL. No problems on my end. But the app stopped working completely. Really unfortunate because the app cost Money.... Please fix

This is so close to being the perfect rain app for Hue with one flaw others have already noted. Periodically during a bright flash a light will get stuck and it really breaks the ambience, especially at night. Aside from that, I love the variety, use of color and that individual lights will flash rather than all as a group making it feel more realistic than other similar apps out there. If the app is ever updated to fix the sticking issue I wouldn't hesitate to change my review to five stars.

works great, till app freezes up after approximately 15 minutes. happens over and over. i was hoping this app would be better than the hue Halloween app but they both refuse to play longer than 30 minutes tops. why this hasn't been addressed by the developer I have no idea. expected alot better performance. it's a shame. great idea but terrible execution

I have been using many apps for Phillips hue and this is one the most quality apps generally and the best for thunder. Very user friendly, with easy but much customization. In previous versions sometimes a light could stay in full brightness between thunders but NOT anymore. Now it's perfect. Way better than the other thunder apps which have high ratings because this one is not boring.

I bought the app after reading a developer comment on a review that said it was compatable with Chromecasting the audio but I can't seem to figure that part out. aside from the Chromecast audio issue I've enjoyed the concept and it works well with all of my 10 lights throughout my home.
