I subscribed to this and the French one app. However she doesn't use the spanish one, so I tried to cancel the Spanish subscription before bill cycle but never could reach anyone. I of course got charged and had to call my bank to be reimbursed. In all customer service is none and they aren't very clear on how to cancel the subscription. I eventually found out how to cancel it on my own. Its through Google play under "my subscriptions."

Sadly, I am changing my review. My preschooler LOVED this game prior to the updates. Now, the timer is WAY too short and it does not allow the unlimited mistakes it used to. Now there are limited mistakes on most games and it definitely makes for a more frustrating experience. Appropriate for an older age group, but not the young ones this app is targeting. My son won't play this game anymore as he doesn't enjoy it anymore. I had to cancel my subscription.

Started off really good... But then I tried the free trial and the rest of the games weren't the same as the beginning. Give me the huge assumption mistake making the rounds longer and then having more rounds. My kid never holds their attention long enough to even finish a game on the new levels. totally should make it optional how long these things are, they're trying to cater to too many age groups. Actual games are decent and it's hard to find something that the kids will play.

Follow up... Fun Spanish contacted me and fixed the access issue. Now, my son can play. I don't think he's learning much but he likes the app. I paid subscription and the paid features turned on for a minute and turned back off. I tried to login to my account. It's asking for a password. I never got a password or the chance to set one up. I clicked on reset password. I got an email with a link to reset. It took me back to enter your current password before changing it. I don't have a password!

This is a great game for my son whose bilingual preschool education is interrupted by the quarantine. We've played all the "Color" and "Animal" games so far - this is a VERY well designed game for young children. However, I wish you would take out the part in one of the games where an "audience" boos at the child if they get an answer wrong. My son was instantly jarred w/surprise to hear "booing" at him, and immediately became self-conscious & upset and didn't want to finish playing that part.

The app is great, really well developed games for kids to learn Spanish. My daughter loved every game . Certainly a good app if you are intending to teach a young one Spanish. The only downside is the hefty monthly price tag. You can simultaneously subscribe to three major TV streaming apps for the same monthly price of this app. I would continue using it if it was better valued. I have unfortunately unsubscribed.
