The app is nice, works good. More WhatsApp stickers would be a nice addition, because its not always a date :P The video enhancer on galaxy devices for this app is really really annoying.

It used to work just fine, if clunky. Lately, however, I'm not able to book any tickets for myself or my unlimited friends without manually putting in their pass numbers and codes, nor am I able to view my history. Every time you open the app, you need to reselect your movie theater, as it doesn't save anything. Please fix it, because it has become a hassle to book tickets.

I am not sure what has happened to your app of late. Prior to the December '18 update, assorted features like an overview of saved Favourite Theatres and your recently bought/ordered tickets were available. Friends list worked, and for single seats between already reserved seats you could still make personal reservations. Now? Ahahaha nope. All these above mentioned features that worked? Not anymore. Reinstalling software, logging out and in? Doesn't work. Good Quality Assurance, mates.

Guys, come on. This app is an absolute nightmare sometimes. When it works, it is easily 5 stars, but so often it messes up! The cancel ticket buttons disappear (your loss, not mine, I have unlimited) Sometimes can't book for my friend, sometimes can't pick the seats we want because the selection is jumping about like a mad man. We are subscribers. Look at the reviews here. You are going to lose us to Vue if you don't fix this.

update v3: after contact the support (very professional and quick response) you should log out and log in it works fine with contact. For me i had to also change my password as well. 5 stars for the customer support. up v2:Now you cant even add your PREVIOUS friends or even BUY tickets! how did you even manage that? i mean it requires some great talent to not follow the simple business plan of just buying tickets through an app after you PAY 21€ PER MONTH! fix that joke.

Can't add friends with the QR/email or card number.. Had to physically go to the cinema to purchase tickets, friends seating plan availability is different so we ended up with bad seats . Kind of defeats the purpose of having the app and paying for the unlimited subscription. Debating whether its worth having an unlimited pass when I still need to actually walk to the cinema to buy my tickets
