APP SUCKS 100% CAN'T EVEN PLACE AN ONLINE PICKUP ORDER ANYMORE! MAKES ME NOT WANT TO SHOP THERE OR AT ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES. Why can't i submit my pickup order? I've been trying for almost 2 hours & it keeps asking for a credit card. Every time I enter a credit card it won't take it. I've tried several. I can't even put my order through!! I've never had this problem before & I've ordered online pickup orders many times in the past. I have updated app, restarted device & changed password.

Great app, very helpful for when I need groceries fast. The only suggestion I have is to please let customers see ingredient lists on substitution suggestions. For instance, I can't eat peanuts or peanut products without getting diarrhea - so it's very important to me to know what might be in any substitute nut product I'm getting.

Had issues using digital coupons on two separate occasions. Metromark referred me to a customer service telephone number and spoke to a REAL person! He loaded the app on his personal phone and I followed his keystrokes - NOW I know how to use the digital coupons. I downgrade only one star as they could still make it easier to use and show the discount prior to the final PAY stage. Still, they are to be complimated in how they handled my problem

Can no longer view digital coupons as screen changes and appears to do something but then cycles back to originating screen. Tried to view all coupons from two methods and neither worked. Also get messages about app crashing. Just began a week or so ago - likely with update.

Just use a paper list.. This app has gotten so bad lately. Items you added won't show up, it will freeze and force itself to close, items you mark off will still show up. Was such a nice alternative to a paper list but it's just absolute garbage now :(

Coupons will not all load with no filter on. It's frustrating that I have to turn each filter on, clip the coupons, go back and turn another filter on, clip those coupons etc. The Pick n Save app is fine and was more user friendly.
