Do not spend money in this app. Very disappointed that the problem has not been addressed or fixed. Something wrong with purchased packs. Bought pack 3 today. Only 1 pattern shows up. When i click on each one i can see the different patterns, but I should be able to see them on the main page. Please fix this glitch. 1 week later still not fixed. Wow!!! No response, issue not fixed. Should not have paid money for this!!!!!

Yeah I can't get 1 of my packs either. It's not the app I don't like, the app is great. I am upset about the customer service. It's been 2 days since I contacted them and they have yet to help me. Also I pod has all of these apps. Yeah I have checked, never wanted a refund, I wanted the issue fixed. Seems to me from the reviews you should just sell your business so maybe someone who knows what they are doing could take over. After taking a look at the website I've come to form the opinion that those of us who are having issues are all Android users. It would seem that you cater to iPhones and a those Android users who were having issues screw us They Don't Really Care

Update: 12/21/17 Uninstalled so I could reinstall and see if that fixed the problem with the preview of all the packs I bought. NOPE. ONLY MADE ISSUE WORSE. Now it won't let me click on the packs at all to reinstall them. This app is yerrible. No preview of my packs. Have to click each thumbnail to see what it is. Pain in the butt! Love the patterns but do not want to be aggravated when I'm trying to relax! UPDATE: I have all 4 additional packs. NONE of them have a preview thumbnail on the main page. DON'T buy the packs. I've posted this before and there is STILL no fix for the issue!!

I uninstalled and reinstalled, and my purchases are showing as paid for. I really like this app, but I am hoping for more packs soon!

I purchased the original patterns which I can see, but I also purchased the 2 additional packs and I cannot seem to access them and now it's asking me if I would like to buy them...?????.... I already bought them. Please help!

It looks like another developer who is more than happy to support their pockets but not their app. E-mailed dev twice with no response and YES I have checked my spam folder. It's been over a week and I still can't access my packs on my new phone. Dev says they don't have an email from me. Funny, then how did I get an auto reply from the developer saying they would be in touch? Maybe the developer should check THEIR spam folder.
