Constantly logging me out, not allowing coupons to be clipped, and just randomly saying oops something went wrong. Also it's not intuitive. Needs a major change, the ad needs to be easier to access and the search needs to be accurate and not pull up random items that have no relevancy to what is being searched. Oh and the loyalty program isn't encouraging. At least make it so you can earn points, you don't even need it for any of the so called exclusive coupons as the cashiers will just give it.

Hate this app. Have had trouble every single time I have used it. Can't see any way to make comments on the order for substitutions, etc. Can't seem to get it to integrate with instacart, which it is supposed to do. If I use instacart to order instead, can't view item ingredients or anything else. There is nothing pleasurable about this experience. If covid wasn't so bad and I very vulnerable, I would definitely NOT use this app!

I love ordering my groceries for pick up or delivery and browsing deals but this app drives me crazy. Sometimes I can't enter my preferences for replacements. The app frequently shows me blank screens or puts me in perpetual loops of needing to sign in. When I pick up my order at the store, sometimes the app shows me the progress of the groceries being brought out to me and sometimes it doesn't. The app performance is so inconsistent and unreliable. Sometimes I just shop in store, it's so bad.

Have only had the app for an hour and I'm already ready to uninstall. I added 7 items to my cart, went to checkout, and it automatically duplicated everything. So I went back to my cart to remove the duplicates... and it deleted everything. So I re-added my 7 items and, you guessed it, it duplicated everything. And on and on it went. I'm 5 tries in... I give up. I've closed the app and restarted my phone. Neither helped.

The app crashes and will not reload whenever I multitask between this app along with the Instacart app and the Chrome app. The other apps have no issues with them crashing. (NOTE: Clearing cache, data, uninstalling, reinstalling and reatarting is only a temporary fix that doesn't last for very long. So this app needs fixing.)

I am not sure why but the app always gave me shopping information for a different state. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled to try and have my correct address. Of course I can't sign up now because an account already exists with my email. And when I try to use that email and go back to my original account, I am told an account cannot be found with my email.
