Love the Grandpad! It's a simplified device for our older loved ones to keep contact with their families and yet be in the digital world with the family! The app is simple for the family admin to make adjustments and see how our older loved one is using the device! Just love that I can send pics/videos and even video chat with my grandmother! Thanks so much!

Great app and we've loved how connected it has made our Grandma feel during this time. Grandma has never liked technology but absolutely loves seeing pictures, being able to comment on them and just generally being able to see what everyone has been up to! Not too long after she received it I called her to see how she was acclimating to it and she said, "I feel like I have my family back." We're very happy with the GrandPad and how easy the app makes it to stay connected.

We love this so much. My grandmother is 91 and lives alone. She was able to use work it with very little help. Being able to see us while talking has made all the difference. Uploading pictures is great. She looks at them over and over. I recommend this product to people all of the time.

Wonderful! My 90 year old mother in law loves it! Easy.to use, great way to send photos and videos. Functions similar to Facebook but no ads, super secure! Lets the family all over participate! Also has been so useful to contact her when she has left the phone off the hook and when the power went out. So, not just entertaining, but a safety tool too! THANKS GRANPAD!

Pretty great, was able to see my grandparents on video call, and it's simple for them to use. However, pictures have suddenly disappeared that were posted throughout the week?? Idk if admins can delete pictures and comments or something, but suddenly it's saying people who previously had pictures up, have "no photos yet". Other than that it works fine.

The grandpad system. The device my parents have. The simple software they use. The supporting app and website. And the human support network that is included. With all this together it is the best way to keep elderly parents connected to family. The system is superbly designed and you can tell it's not been put together by 20 somethings. Neither is it being used as an ad distribution platform. You get what you pay for and you are not used as a product for reselling. I am so happy with it
