山形産の玄そばを昔ながらの粉ひき機で挽いた手打ちそばが味わえ、客席からはガラス越しにそば打ちの様子も楽しめる。

＜こだわりの手打ちそば＞
店主が毎日手打ちしているそばは、山形県産の玄そばを使用。昔ながらの粉ひき機を使い、挽きたて・打ちたて・茹でたてで提供される。 そばを打つ場所はガラス張りになっているので、客席から様子を見ることができる。

＜自然薯そば＞
大石田の特産品・自然薯と一緒楽しむそば。そばつゆに入れて食べるもよし、手打ちそばの上にそのままかけるもよし。粘りがあり濃厚でコクのある自然薯は、美肌効果が期待できるので女性におすすめ。
