I've updated my rating from 1 star to 3 star as I promised to do after some correction is made in the app. Still I've not given the fifer because I'm now facing another problem that is newly developed. The audio of the device under tracking is muted when the person holding the device makes a voice call to anyone. Its not possible to track the conversations being made through the device. Please rectify the issue and get a five star rating from me.

I used to like this app ,it always located my phones ,whenever they were lost .Not this time i even stuck a TILE ON THE BACK OF MY STYLO NEITHER ONE CAN LOCATE MY PHONE .ALL SOMEONE HAD TO DO WAS TAKE THE TILE OFF AND RESET MY PHONE .SINCE THE SERVICE WAS SHUT OFF .IT GIVES SOMEONE ACSESS TO AQUIRE A NEW PHONE .I FEEL OR THINK ONCE THAT TIKE HAD REGISTEREX THAT DEVICE IT SHOULD HAVE THAT ITEM LOCKED IN .MEANING THEY CANT JUST POP OUT THE BATTERY TO CLEAR IT

The major setback on this app is the voice Clarity is not clear it's hard to understand what people are saying. Video part is good but I am honestly considering uninstalling it unless something gets done about the voice recordings they definitely are not clear UPDATE 2/22/2021 i changed it from 4 stars to 2 the audio sucks the clarity is awful you'd think after this many years they'd get it fixed. Whats sad is no one has even reached out to me regarding this issue. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I cant open other devices location remotely, so if the location is not enabled on the other phone , i will never be able to find them !!! Is there a solution for that
