The app itself is nothing more than a web page and doesn't function half the time. The worst part is the service that comes with the app. Deliveries take hours and sometimes don't even arrive.

This app is not secure! I ordered on it almost a week ago and am now getting texts from random numbers saying my Big Red Liquors order is on the way with links to "track my order". These texts are nothing like the one I received for my actual order, which didn't even have tracking. I have now removed all my information from the app and will be uninstalling immediately. Don't use this app!

No email confirmation. No idea when I might hear from them. They certainly charged my American Express immediately. No notice on anything. They obviously hired a high school student to write this app.

The app may be okay. But the customer service at store #5 does not exist. Acts as if we should be grateful to even acknowledge that we asked a simple question.
