About this app

The collections preserved at the John Frederic Oberlin Museum in Waldersbach testify to 59 years of ministry during which Pastor Oberlin (1740-1826) attempted to build a new society in the heart of an underpriveleged valley of the Vosges mountains. He combined a fervent respect for human rights with a commitment to personal development, within one’s own environment and in all dimensions : intellectual, manual, artistic, economic and spiritual.

With this Oberlin Museum NFC application, sound recordings and images of collection pieces from the archives allow you to access more information as you enter the divine complexity of the Waldersbach pastor’s world.
The entire permanent exposition is alos presented in French, German and English on the screen of your smartphone (android).
