This app is great and I love the simplicity of it! I love the guided prayers and meditations where there's just the right amount of guidance without someone talking constantly to you like on many other Christian apps in this vein. The exercises provide creative ways to connect with God through ancient spiritual practices like lectio divina and it gives you lots of options to tailor the experience like music choice, ratio of music volume to speaker volume, and amount of silence. Highly recommend!

Reflect is a really good biblical meditation app. I am a fan of imagative contemplation. However, my only complaint (and the biggest issue I have) would be the overall design of the app. The UI of the app just looks too antiquainted; I feel there's so much potential, though. Do a redesign of the app to make it look more modern and smooth. But other than that, I like it!

Overall I love this app and have suggested it to several people. The main reason I do not give it five stars is because, sadly, it is not yet available for iPhone users. So, unfortunately it is not able to help some of the people to whom I've recommended it. That being said, there are sections that I do not use because they feel a little bit too "new agey" to me, particularly the meditation with body scan. But the prayers and verses and Lectio Divina options are definitely helpful.

Thank you so much for this app, I especially enjoy the imaginative contemplation and play the music along with it. I would like it if there was an extended contemplation, maybe 20 minutes or more, or maybe something for helping sleep as this is when I mostly listen, just before falling asleep. It would be nice if the music could continue for another 60 seconds as the they do finish abruptly or the option to automatically replay.

Transforming! Just what I needed. My prayer time was an anxious one without realizing it. Although I know to come into God's presence and to know and hear Him speak through the power of His Word, this app is doing wonders in helping me mediate for the first time and in the only way to do it - with Jesus (NOT emptying/Zen mindfulness stuff). I hope more will.be added to the "Stress" section and more verses to the Lectina section! I'm going to need it with daily, lifelong use.

A wonderful app, leading through contemplative Christian prayer. Mindfulness is effective for both stress relief and helping to connect with God by removing some of the barriers that modern life throws in the way. Highly recommended.
