The app: Always gets logged out for no reason. Every transition between actions is "slow, due to your internet connection". No, it's not due to my Internet. Sometimes it's not even that slow! But thanks for blaming my network, instead of saying "Loading" like all other apps. The rewards: Very low value for the amt of effort. Hope this gets improved.

Not good and smooth. Other malls have better apps. And there is a irritating bug with the app, as it will say "Taking long that usual due to your Internet connection", even though there is nothing wrong with my connection, and all permissions have been given to the app. Tried this app on a totally different brand android phone, and this bug was still there. If they fix this issue, I might give this app another star.

ITS JUST A SCAM. first of all, the time limit to scan receipts is ridiculous, you only have 2 days. i've rushed to upload my receipts and the next day they just VANISH mysteriously from my transaction history. all my points are now lost. They also take so long to approve the receipts once ive scanned some receipts were rejected because of apparent unlegible text, thats fine, but they took more than a day to come back to me and i cant rescan my receipts because of the time limit. WASTE OF TIME.

They need to know that receipts should be processed within 48 hours instead of 2 working days. Some people scan the receipts on midnight of the 3rd day (ie past 12am) but still within the time frame of 48 hours and still get rejected on grounds of the date not passing the requirements. One utama allows receipt processing with dates ranging within 1 week. Seriously they need to be a bit sensible and considerate with points awards to customers or customers would find other alternatives in town.

App kept crashing when scanning receipt on my first phone. Installed on second phone and submitted a few hours late but admin rejected. Then admin rejected another receipt because bottom part of receipt is not showing. If you are going to be that strict, I am not even going to bother with this stupid app anymore after all the trouble to use it. At least 1 Utama allows you to scan receipt or use the card directly to collect points. Atria just makes it difficult for its loyal customers.

Firstly,scanning was a big problem here.Secondly,I couldn't select a tenant where I had purchased my goods.& thirdly, given a single day to scan & upload my receipt while this app wasn't working smoothly & has hitches.By the time I could upload, probably it has surpassed the given time to upload my scanned receipt.What's next then?? Uninstall the app?? ?
