In recent versions of the app, when you add items to your shopping list from the flyer, clicking the back button takes you to the very start of the flyer instead of where you were just at. It makes it quite laborious to add items to your list since you always have to scroll back to find your place. It used to work correctly, so hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Very bad taste in the mouth from the very first experience. Downloaded the app for a specific deal, made a special trip to the store, pandemic and all. Bought 6 items, along with a couple of unplanned things, only to discover at the cash register that the coupon is applied to one item only. I understand marketing, I get loss pricing get traffic and that's fine. But nowhere in the offer is a limit mentioned. At all. The cashier confirmed that there was no limit specified. This app is not clear enough, i couldn't find my history and receipts, and also very slow. By the way don't waste your money on online shopping with metro, they sent me a rotted watermelon and very bad bananas. When problem is fundamental, don't waste your time and money. I also contact customer service, and just recieved an automatic email!!! After 3 days they send me store phone number!!!

Many items i usually bought instore i can't find it using the search engines. And yes it was available in store, just data base is missing some item. Reward are good, scan your barcode from your phone at the store work good. Better than carrying a card.

App broke down in the middle of an order! Had many many items in cart and was all lost. Also navigation is generally bad. If Metro is going to try to match the bigger better brands online, then get your act together !
