This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ID.me Wallet on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Used to work for VA access and now it won't even open on my phone. Crashes every time I try to open it.

Crashes when I tap on 2 step authentication in app menu. Now I can't receive the 2 step codes so I CANNOT LOG IN TO THE SITE I NEED TO!!!

It does not do any 2 factor authentication....which is the whole reason for it. Shuts down every time I try to open that portion. Please fix
