Why this app not working? When I try to log in app not sending OTP than it is not open please make this app operational in urgent basis now is operational but there no contact no phone number column is empty of everyone please add the contact details and when I try to lodge a complaint than it shows there is no property Id how add property id please let me know thanks. 1. While putting complaints for Street light, Property ID dropdown menu isn't working. 2. Email ID is limited to few characters only, accepts incomplete email ID. Remove the bug and redevelop with proper coding.

worst app. when I started login I can't get OTP from this app to login. Very poor app. Wastage of time...

When i want to register street light complaint...it asks for property id ...which is not working. Please look into this matter. 2. Look and design is not user friendly.

U cannot file grievance through this app. It has a option where it asks property id but there is no place to write it so it is useless app
