This app has a lot of issues. I have added my email but it has a character limit, in my life first time i saw an app which has character limit, it doesnot allow me to add my email. it didnot asked ke to uodate my location and other details it just asked for name, phone number email. How will be the workers reach to my location to fix the issue? you should have tested it before launching. Really a bad experience.

I don't think they thought through while building this app. It looks more like a formality. No proper testing is done. First app i have come across in which they have a limit for email field Ghosh. Needs definite improvement until that 1 star

Though initiative is good but app is poor just a formality. We are not able to describe the complaint. we cannot add our address. So many bugs in the app.

there is no submision of complaint when entered all information. earlier it was there and its in control of MC when they see complaints are increasing they removed submission from app. See how many complaints are there increasing complaints are not a good sign
