Laggy app with uncomfortable user experience. Slow processing and delivery of purchased goods. After successful payment, suddenly one of the items bought is unavailable and order got cancelled. No free shipping no matter how much you shop. Nearly impossible to get things returned or exchanged. Deleting app after writing this review. I would much rather shop at Z****a, a world of difference in online shopping experience.

I'm a loyal customer, but your app is really need a total upgrade. It keeps redirecting back to website. Keeps logging out itself, I need to relog in all the time. And it's hard to log in. Worst shopping app ever. Size recommendations for shoes are wrong too, bought shoes 2 times based on suggested size, and they're too big and too small.

This app is so bad I switch back to MAP website. This app loads much slower than the website. The 'personalised collection' is quite useless and they're much more of a disturbance than an assistance. And I HATE the fact that they keep sending reminders about payments. You guys already set up 24 hours as the deadline, so please STOP hunting us down to complete payment as if we are borrowing money from you. That's so annoying.

After upgrade loading is much faster than before but the filter is not working

new app is not link with tue old app, so if you want to use, you have to regist again. and this app is heavy to load products pictures. and evertyime we see one product, and want to go back to list of search, we must begin from the beginning, and must load. the next page of view, this is really annoying. and for filtera, i think you can add filter for ready stock, because many of of stock shows up whrn we search. i think MAP can make this app better experience to use. thanks

Bad apps. Very slow and confusing. Hate about: 1.The customer service also dont have a knowledge of the apps. They dont help. Because they dont know. They gave me a wrong information. I like the 1st app. The new one is slow and complicated. 2. If i choose a product then go back they dont get back from the product which i choose, they go back to the first. And need to scroll again to the product that I have seen before! 3. The information of unavailable product didn't show in the pics. 4. Please do something with your IT. 👎👎👎👎👎👎 The first i downloaded this apps latest 2017 until now, the condition is the same! A year already!!!!
