I love this app because they accept Visa and Mastercard, so I can send all the grocery to my relatives in Tashkent while I live here in USA. And their Customer service is the best one I experienced in Uzbekistan. 👍👍👍. Would be great if all products had their photos uploaded.

They are disaster. I did an order and they didn't deliver it in time. Moreover, they canceled my order without my knowledge. Their support is disaster too, as they don't reply your messages.

Most of the items are not found. It's awful. Why don't they clear out of stock items so we don't request.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to charge me 70,000 sum more than my shopping total, when I told customer service, I was told that I would get points back😂 unbelievable. Is stealing from customers in such an obvious way normal? Update- so this is a week later and I ordered for a 3-4 delivery. My delivery is not here and no response from customer services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! unprofessional and unreliable.
