The taxi service is useful, and I have used it many times in the past. Despite the wonderful service they offer in Karaganda city, I think that they do not have many cars. Today I waited for 40 minutes in town and despite calling the company to say that I did not have a taxi yet, I was instructed to wait. I had to cancel the order and look for alternative means. This is almost the 10th time I have had to cancel after waiting endlessly and being late. No follow-up calls are made when one cancels.

Работа диспетчеров и таксистов на 10/10. Приложению поставила бы -10. Уже который раз не могу войти. Код ни через СМС, ни через звонок не приходит. Зачем делать приложение, если в личный кабинет невозможно зайти?
