'MLBB' ini game yang masuk dalam tipe MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) dan dimainkan dari Smartphone (Android / iOS) yang dirilis oleh Moonton.

Selain itu MOBA juga biasa disebut dengan Action Real Time Strategy. MOBA itu sendiri pada umumnya punya gaya bermain berupa satu bangunan utama atau lebih dikenal Base yang harus dihancurkan, tapi ya beberapa game MOBA juga ada pilihan yang berbeda untuk menentukan kemenangan tim selain menghancurkan Base.

Di game MLBB ini sendiri gameplay-nya terdiri dari 2 tim yang masing-masing tim di isi 5 HERO(player)dimana misi utamanya menghancurkan Base tim lawan. Selain Hero ada juga sekelompok prajurit yang keluar dari base lawan namanya Creeps / Minion yang termasuk dalam unit Computer-Controled Unit (CCU).

Di game ini ada 2 tipe map, yaitu tiga Lane (Classic/Ranked Mode) & satu Lane (Brawl Mode).

Control di game ini juga gampang, ada Virtual Pad yg memudahkan player untuk kendalikan Hero & skillnya. Bahkan di Setting Control juga sudah di sediakan beberapa opsi tambahan semacam Aiming Method, Targeting method, Last Hit Attack, atau Hero Lock Mode.
