I joined Adt in may it worked for 14 days, then I got woke up in the middle of the night the system failed. I called was told to unplug the system which meant finding a screwdriver in the middle of the night with the buzzing going off. Then I was told to take the face off n unplug a wire there. The next day a technician came out and still nothing so she went into the system and went to Alarm and put the buzzing down to 0 I was like why didn't They have me do that last night
