앱에 자동로그인으로 설정했으나 앱 종료하고 다시 앱을 열고 마이페이지로 진입하면 아이디와 비밀번호가 일치하지 않다는 문구가 뜨며 로그인 페이지로 넘어가는데 로그인버튼을 클릭하면 여전히 아이디와 비밀번호가 일치하지 않다고 하며 다시 로그인 페이지로 넘어감. 무조건 핸드폰 애플리케이션 인포메이션에서 가방팝 앱 캐시랑 데이타를 다 지우고 다시 시도해야 정상적으로 로그인 가능. 허나 매번 앱을 종료 후 다시 앱에 마이페이지로 진입하면 상술한 현상이 반복됨.
