This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TASUC Schedule for Android on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

TASUC Schedule for Android is a very simple, picture-based schedule application, especially for small children to easily create his/her own daily time-table by using image cards with sounds & voices attached.

"TASUC Schedule" has above all been developed for verbally disabled children and people with developmental disabilities such as autism, so that they can manage their want-to-do's simply and in order. An intuitive user interface and experience have been realized, thus the application can also be used for ordinary children and adults as well.

TASUC Schedule has already been available for iPhone/iPod touch and iPad.

Usage shown on http://apps.tasuc.com/ 'Usage'. You can watch manual movies on YouTube.

Operation check was done with HTC desire HD (Softbank 001HT) and HTC desire (X06HT).

This App requires mounting SD card to save image files.
This App requires audio function to record voice of picture card.

Functions

1. SCHEDULER
1-1. EDIT MODE
- Drag and drop a card from card-list to the canvas.
- Swipe a card to the left to delete it from canvas.
- Hold and drag a card set in canvas to reorder cards in the schedule.

1-2. CANVAS (DISPLAY) MODE
- Tap clock to set time and alarm.
- Swipe a card left & right to set "complete".
- Lightbox mode (long-press to enlarge card).

2. GALLERY (CARD LIST, CARD EDIT)
- Hold card for a while to start dragging & reordering. To move it to the other page (category), just drag it to the bottom tab.
- Tap a card to go EDIT CARD MODE.
- By locking cards from SETTINGS, Tap a card to show lightbox mode.

3. CREATE A CARD (EDIT CARD)
- Tap 'Menu button' on your device and choose 'Create a Card' to show CREATE A CARD Mode.
- Tap image to go edit image mode. You choose new image (camera, gallery) and edit (moving, scaling, rotation) and create a 'TEXT' card.

4. SETTINGS
Sounds, locking cards and schedules, display settings

- Multiple schedule (timeline) are available to save in SCHEDULER.
- 'Copy/paste' view is appeared by long pressing save icon.
- After 'copy' was selected, you can paste timeline on 'Copy/paste' view on other save icon.
