The mobile crimson card feature does nothing when I tap on it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it made no difference. The only use I had for this app was to use the card, so without it its a waste of space

I don't know why they updated it. The app was fine, but since the update I can't login to my email and they took away the "home page" so I have to search every time I login for what I want to do. It's tedious so having all the info on my home screen was easier than searching for it all the time. The button for "remember me for seven days" doesn't work, so I'm always having to receive calls and texts to login to my account. It's just bad since the update. Before the update it was probably 5 stars

Unable to remember sign in for 7 days in app... I get an error message saying "you must enable cookies in order to remember this device". However, it was able to remember my info for 7 days in the past. I'm not sure what changed, but it is quite inconvenient to have to log in and approve a Duo push notification multiple times a day.

The app was working fine until I had to update it. Now everytime I click on the app, it says I need to upgrade it, but it never downloads. In the past I would have given it 5 stars. I have uninstalled the app from my phone until they fix it.

Before the update it was a great app but now, I cannot login to my Exchange email account. I get an error message now saying to contact the administrator. I really only used it for the convenience of checking my mail. No need to have the app at all now, too bad it got ruined.

I updated the app yesterday and now my emails won't sync when I use the IU Mobile app to check them. My emails will sync just fine if I use my phone's browser or my desktop, it seems to be the app that's not working. 04/14/19 Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help.
