I had a hard time getting cabs for my family of 6. Was thinking if this app will be good for larger family since it had 6 normal seater cab and 6 premium seater cab. In the end, no cab. It was also much worse in booking a normal 4 seater cab too. Will most prob be uninstalling this.

It was stated 4 mins for my pickup... but it cant detect if the taxi has a passenger n yet to alight the passenger... i had to wait for close to 18 mins... n was super late for work instead... super stupid app.. Not Recommended at all worst experience.....the taxi uncle was nice n friendly .... except for the app... you sucks😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Best application ever. Tada thank you! U save my ass if not I need to pay grab a super expensive fare. I now stop using and delete grab application. Tada soon will be top application and it's tada application is so elegant keep it up well done!!!!
