4 stars, despite it is affordable and easy to use the app. There might be some issues with the GPS and accuracy of the location. -important encourage friendly drivers to welcome customers. Overall It is an alternative Ride Hailing travel app in term of traveling point to point.

5 star for driver. The app though a bit hard to select credit card as ride payment when i tried to book ride for the first time using welcome voucher.

Tried the platform multiple times. Most of the time price is the best among the other private hiring platform. Need better gps though. I am unable to review the rides and i also did not receive the MVL points too. Use my Referral code: THWGQN for a $3 voucher and i will also receive a $2 voucher in return.

Acceptable but it need improvement in term of the GPS Accuracy and the estimated waiting time. It can alert me that the driver reached but actually they are still a distance away from my pickup point and although the Estimated is 3 mins, the actual waiting time can be up to 10 mins. Overall, acceptable and the fare is reasonable.

So far, so good... I have used this app for several times and I was pleased with the user-friendly interface. Drivers are very professional. I had a few bad experiences. Booked 3 times and got cancelled 3 times late ish, Taxi didn't want to come to the pick up point that I choose and app didn't show where he wanted me to go. Direction over the phone were not clear so taxi cancelled on me.

GPS tracking not working. At 4:30am where network traffic is little, the GSP tracking for the hired card is not updating in the apps for 4 min, giving the impression the car is not moving. Proceed to book Grab car and 1 min later, Tada car arrived. Very bad Tada software. Unless the drive switched off the GPS in his cell phone?
