The app always don't seemed to recognise the earpiece even after it managed to confirm the product the first time round. Each time you open the casing it will ask to check again. And the battery keeps draining even when not in use. Please do something about it. These earphones don't come cheap. I did hear from the product rep that teething issues are still in progress. So I'm hopeful. From Singapore.

The chamber doesn't always charge the earbuds when closed. When it's open the chamber battery status doesn't show up. There is several connection issues between the earbuds, sometimes the left one plays music while the right one doesn't plays anything but the noise cancellation modification noise appears in both earbuds. I hope there will be a firmware update soon for them three. Nevertheless the application works perfectly, the UI is quite beautiful and the UX is very great too.

Chamber not sensitive to changes (i.e. Removing and placing earbuds and showing chamber batt status) Chamber does not reflect battery status properly Battery drains one side for no reason After placing the earbuds in chamber, music still plays (could be reason for drainim battery) Bluetooth connection disruption is the worse but not sure if it is due to earbuds software or other factors Difficult to pair. Sometimes white light blink sometimes not. Good sound bad software. Are you updating yet?!

This app is terrible.. it has constant problems connecting to the case and headphones..keeps reporting 0% battery (incorrectly) and it seems that if you don't ensure the app is open before closing the case you end up with battery drain.. Very disappointed.. raised a case with Devialet.. no response

Lots of bugs: Need multiple attempts for the app to recognise the Geminis. Pairing doesn't always work. Sometimes the earphones don't charge while inside the case.

Terrible, like the Devialet speaker app, it's not stable. New earphones out of the box, follow the setup instructions, download the app, and it won't connect. I have tried everything it suggests in the help several times, but nothing. Devialet, please spend more time making your software and apps work, I have 2 Phantoms and the Gemini, but I can't recommend any to my friends because of the poor stability of the apps.
