I have tried several times to set up Devialet app to connect to the Phantom II and still could not control the speaker with my phone. It is very frustrating and I have to manually go to the speaker to adjust the volume. Updates to the app had not made it any better so far. Please do something soon. 🙏

My old phantom was working rather well, but after I changed my Wifi network I could never manage to connect it again. After so many trials all Devialet support could suggest was to buy a Wifi repeater and use my Phantom with an Ethernet connection, and they also offered a very nice rebate to buy a new one. Which I did, thinking it would solve my problem. And I have just spent two hours trying to connect it to my WiFi, and gone to exactly the same point as with the old one. That's in another building and with another network, and all other appliances work fine with the WiFi, so I must conclude there is real issue with Devialet's software and set up protocol. Interestingly, their customer support is not even open on saturday...

Wow....just wow such a bad job on configuration. I've been a die hard mulitple devialet owner since 2017, i have went thru serious pain every time i move the speakers and change the configuration. It crashes, it stalls, and after 10 repeative tries when they are ready to declare you legally insanse, it works. That was spark. Now this one, i just went on my first vacation without normal wifi access, the old just connect with bluetooth is broken, and i can't configure it work with the hotel wifi.

My Phantom Golds are some of the best sound reproduction speakers I've ever heard. On the other hand the app(s) provided that operate these wonderful electronic mechanisms are worse than bad. Truly unacceptable! My patience to correct the connection issues experienced weekly is tested much too often. Had hope the latest app here would be glitch free and make up for the past but it to has failed to deliver thus the appropriate and fair rating of 1 out of 5 given.

The old app was really an insult for such expensive kit so I didn't have high hopes after waiting over 3 years for an upgrade but...it all upgraded very smoothly and all seems to be working on WiFi and Bluetooth perfectly...thanks for finally getting things sorted!

Totally awful experience setting up the app , the hardware is so niche and luxurious but not the software. Please hire some brains who can connect your apps to the speaker. You had Spark app then this one , both failed miserably. I wish I can give negative stars but had no choice.
