Paid for entire year, worked as expected for first month. From last two months streaming quality is degraded to 256x144. Android app is not up to the mark, please fix this issue!!! Works fine on website.

The app needs to remember the stream quality setting as it’s lost even when the next episode plays. The seek bar needs to have elapsed time marked as well as the scene index (like it does on the web browser). And the steam quality page needs to quit when the back button is pressed without exiting the video playback. Also, this is a premium video service so the reason why Hotstar needs not one but two watermarked logos on its streams escape me. Overall, responsiveness and user friendliness of the UI needs to be drastically improved.

Keeps telling me to pay Rs300 to subscribe even though I have a hotstar US subscription. This is using Nvidia shield pro TV.
