Terrible performance most of the times the glitches in the app causes delay in my submissions affecting my grades😑

The app is working well, though it can improve a lot. Especially when the assignment notifications come, if it could redirect us to the assignment itself rather than showing a list of notifications, it would be great. I had contacted your customer support and wanted to change my photo and sign, and they said they'll add an option asap, and it has been 4 months yet no change.

Verythoughtfulapp,butitcouldimprovealot.SomeofthethingsIcouldsayare 1.Sometimes you can't upload assignments and tutorials correctly.If uploaded it shows 100% and quickly exits out of the app and the document is still not submitted 2.Notification page shows notification in descending order. We want the latest notification up above, but the latest notification is at the last position. 3.Exams conducted through etlab is not available via mobile option. 4.Need more filters to make searching easy.

Late submissions because of your app not doing it's job. One of my assignments that showed submitted got removed somehow and lost marks for the same. Series exams fail to upload many a times and lot of people have to send them by mail to teachers anyway. Useless app. Pls stick to managing student information rather than trying to be everything at once. Your systems are simply not capable of taking the load. Icing on the turd, notification system is absolutely useless.

This app not working properly. If we open it,it shows PLEASE WAIT and there is no further action .I opened the app several times but the result was same solve that problem

Timing added to the exam submission and all are like strict even though if we have any issue realated to the network or electricity we can't submit on that time and department will not accept so it was not a good improvement
