Though this app has some technical glitches on some devices and I hope they will update it by time. But fortunately I didn't faced the same problem. Even the banking was pretty easy in this app and the institution was also helpful in replying my mails on time. The app was easy to use if you follow the instructions properly.

Doesn't send the otp , have been trying to log in since several days , waste of time , please fix this problem . At least let us access information from the website , this app advertisement blocks us there too ! Maybe you are not aware of all these problems that the viewer is facing , I am sure you can fix them . Waiting for a prompt action .

Clicking doesn't respond. Clicking user panel doesn't respond, clicking admit card and declaration doesn't respond, clicking uploading photos and signature doesn't respond. Rarely it opens and then too it opens after taking forever, it doesn't respond at all with no signs of buffering indication that it has even got the touch response and it's too irritating

Yaaa..it's a nice app for admission process in Allen institute. I don't know why the users face problem, because I am also a student of Allen, and at the time of my admission, I didn't face any problem. There may be some technical issue from their side or they are not familiar with the technology/app, who are facing problem today. We are facing technical challenges due to the pandemic, but in this situation also Allen is committed for our strong foundation....we should also corporate each other.
