I don't get why do I need subscription for already purchased books ┐( ∵ )┌ The app design is not very good. When some book is in my shelf, if I click "Read the book" it informs me it's already in shelf.. Bro , I know I have it in my shelf, please help me to open it ..

It's been more than 2 weeks still the app is not working. I don't know what the technical team is doing, still not able to resolve the issue after sending chain of mails. I don't understand the membership here, I'm a readers club member but still I need to purchase all the book for reading.

Been more than 4 weeks and they still haven't fixed the issue so many here are facing. Post login it shows the same error. Terrible experience. The Dev's haven't even communicated to the users regarding the issue.

You need to have two different logins to read and write. You can't read from writing platform (web) and cannot write feo. Reading platform (app) It's so messed up .

Whenever there is any update, message comes "oh snap..." and the app stops working. This continues for many days. Then, once app starts working, within 1 wk, again an update and same repeats. Pathetic experience.

Experience was good, except for the recent show stopper error.... Can't use the app anymore. Tried reaching out to app support, it's been more than a week still havent received even an acknowledgement till date.
