Worst experience ever. Their apps and whatsapp cs bot didnt even connect me to live agent. Their call center, twitter, and instagram chat only answer my problem with template answer and didnt even solve anything. Just subscribed saturday and sunday the internet cant be used anymore. Their service after payment is whole new worst experience for me. Worst provider ever in service and worst at dealing with customer !

Logged out everytime app is closed, refreshing any page seems to work but only intermittently. When the app is working, it does show useful information.

Worst apps ever. Worst user experience. Need to login with random-hard to memorize username and password EVERY TIME Hard to pay the bills. The instructions are not clear AT ALL. I must call customer service EVERY MONTH just to pay my bill. Do you even need your money?

can't remember the login, can't auto fill username/password with bitwarden, can't even copy the VA number directly because they also copy the bank name and code. there's also no email informing the bill / if the bill has been paid or not

Why this app need login every time i want access, every close the window and open again this apps always need login, and where the login only can use account id where not everyone can remember this id
