Surah Al-Qiyamah (Arab: القيمة , "Hari Kiamat") adalah surah ke-75 dalam al-Qur'an. Surah ini terdiri atas 40 ayat, termasuk golongan surah Makkiyah serta diturunkan sesudah surah Al-Qari'ah.

Kata Al-Qiyamah (hari kiamat) diambil dari perkataan Al-Qiyamah yang terdapat pada ayat pertama surat ini.

Pokok isi kandungan dalam Surah Al Qiyamah ialah : kepastian tentang terjadinya hari kiamat, jaminan Allah terhadap ayat-ayat Al Qur-an di dalam dada Nabi Muhammad sehinnga beliau tidak lupa tentang urutan arti dan cara bacanya, celaan terhadap orang musyrik yang lebih mencintai dunia daripada akhirat, keadaan manusia dalam keadaan sakaratul maut.

Surah Al-Qiyamah adalah surah ke-11 dari surah yang dimulai dengan 2 pernyataan sumpah pada ayat ke-1 dan ke-2 surah ini sebagaimana yang dinyatakan. “Aku bersumpah demi hari kiamat. Dan Aku bersumpah demi jiwa yang sadar dan mencela (dirinya lantaran bersalah bahwa hari kiamat adalah benar).” Jumlah ayat surah ini terdiri dari 40 ayat dan menurut qari lainnya sejumlah 39 ayat dimana pendapat pertama yang lebih masyhur. Jumlah katanya adalah 164 kata dan jumlah huruf terdiri dari 676 huruf. Surah Al-Qiyamah adalah surah ke-75 berdasarkan susunan mushaf dan surah ke-40 sesuai urutan pewahyuan Al-Quran serta tergolong sebagai surah Makkiyah. Dari sisi isi termasuk sebagai salah satu surah Al-Mufasshalat dan berada pada permulaan hizb keempat juz 29 Al-Quran.

Aku bersumpah demi Hari Kiamat, serta Aku bersumpah demi jiwa yang amat menyesali;
Apakah umat manusia menduga bahwa Kami tak bisa merekatkan tulang-belulang mereka? maka ketahuilah bahwa Kami sanggup menyamakan hingga tiap ujung jari-jemari mereka. (Ayat:1-4)

The Surah has been so named after the word al-Qiyamah in the first verse. This is not only the name but also the title of this Surah, for it is devoted to Resurrection itself.

In this Surah, addressing thee deniers of the Hereafter, replies have been given to each of their doubts and objections, strong arguments have been given to prove the possibility, occurrence and necessity of the Resurrection and Hereafter, and also it has been pointed out clearly that the actual reason of the people's denying the Hereafter is not that they regard it as impossible rationally but because their selfish motives do not allow them to affirm it. At the same time, the people have been warned, as if to say: "The event, the occurrence of which you deny, will inevitably come: all your deeds will be brought and placed before you. As a matter of fact, even before any of you sees his record, he will be knowing fully well what he has done in the world, for no man is unaware of himself, no matter what excuses and pretenses he may offer to deceive the world and deceive himself in respect of his misdeeds."
