This is THE WORST parking app I've ever used, and I've used quite a few while traveling to different city's. There was A LINE of people who couldn't figure it out. How is it possible to make something this bad?? The app wouldn't let you pay even when you were sitting in the parking spot. Please USE ANY other parking app, this is garbage.

Looks nice, but is clunky. Feels like it had zero user testing. No autofill for any fields. No integration with Google Pay. !!! Notifications for expiring parking session turned off by default. !!! When app is minimizes it logs you out so you don't get notifications even if they are turned on.

This app is embarrassing. The app completely forgot about my account midway through a parking session. The login and password reset flow is broken in many ways. You can't extend the current parking session but have to wait for it to be over to create a new one which is very annoying. I would stir away from it if it wasn't the only option available in some parking areas.

Complete failure, At Wrightsville Beach North Carolina, I parked and paid for 5 hours, but the cut off was apprently 3 hours. None of the signage indicated this, and the app gladly let me pay an extra $10 for the extra 2 hours. When I got back to my car I then had a $250 for illegal parking. If I tell you my parking spot and that parking spot has a restriction at some point then you must disclose that. I can only assume that this is intentional, due to greed.

The app is unable to successfully complete 3D verify authentication. After receiving ticket and paying the same day I was charged €30 instead of €25. GLITCHY. Never had that problem with earlier version of this app. I think I'll just carry change at this point.

Be careful if you have multiple cars on the app for parking - select the wrong one and no refunds for your purchase. A painful $25 lesson. There needs to be a way to correct this, please fix it.
