The app is REALLY good. Far better than the one of other supermarket chains. You should add receipts section and plus card statistics in the app. You should also add the coupons in the app and the games to gain points as well. You still have not done any for those things. Also, it is very bad that I can't choose products like meat from your butcher but I am forced to buy the AB Meats packages.

Search function very poor. Does not let me complete order without specifying reason, endlessly loops back to cart checkout. Not easy to add products to wishlists. Limited availability of products. Sometimes products not available and you receive several calls asking if you would like to replace/cancel items. One time that some items where not delivered, they called me and said that they can only refund in physical store. The saddest part is that is the best grocery shopping app in Greece.

Online payment doesn't work. You have to pay upon delivery. Very annoying.
