Downloaded App and tried to create password. Got error message they had no record of my account. I am a subscriber to the magazine. Called help # below the error message. Got TPWD. They said I had no email on file. They got my email address but said I need to contact google to add the email to the app. Gave me what they said was Google app help direct number. Called google, Recording said to go to app help page. Cannot find any way to add email on that location.. Guess the there is no solution.

App immediately closes as soon as you try to open it. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing. What is wrong with devs putting an app on Google play that doesn't even work. I was hesitant to even download it with all the poor reviews. Should have trusted you guys and my instincts. Get y'all's act together and fix this plz. I'm a magazine subscriber and I would like the app as well. A working one that is. Jeez really people...SMH. Only app on my Galaxy S20+ that does this btw so not the phone.

Cannot access my account. When I open the app it's just blank white and says "nothing here" when I refresh it does nothing. No option to enter credentials in the settings to access my account. Contacted support and gave them all my information, screenshots, phone type, etc... Still not working. UPDATE, 17APR2020, APP IS FINALLY WORKING

App immediately closes upon opening it. Cannot access the app. I am a subscriber to the magazine and would sure like to be able to access the magazine via this app. They even advertise this app in the magazine and yet it is not functional.

I hope we are not spending too much of our tax money or Hunting License generated money on an app that will auto close when opened

app does not work, spent 10.00, tried to get support - no luck, one year update 10-21-19 - NEVER WORKED, NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK, NEVER GOT SUPPORT - GOOGLE SAID TO CALL TX PARKS, AND TX PARKS SAID TO CALL GOOGLE - All my other free Texas apps work, just a shame and a sham!
