fix your app!!!! Last two versions are terrible. Updated last night. Now every check a ticke says "sorry this game had ended ". Why can't these developers leave an app alone when it functions. 5 days now. Just go back one version. Seriously. The developers are still unable to fix this app. June 21. It's shocking the state would hire amateurs to develop these apps. No support. App is constantly down. Or wrong.

This was a 5 star app, hands down. After every update lately they keep breaking it more. Last update, when you select check-a-ticket it opens up new scratchers instead. Now to check a ticket you have to go to the menu and select check-a-ticket.

Can't check tickets anymore after recent update. When trying to check a ticket the app takes me to a page advertising the new scratches. Also when selecting 2nd chance option I'm brought to a sign in page while I'm already signed in.

It looks like your recent update when you want to check your ticket by scanning it goes to the scratcher section that didn't happen until you're update please fix you're going to annoy a lot of people

June 19, 2021 I contacted Lottery website stating exactly as Mr Rodrigues stated on 6-17, and got a useless scripted "cover all" response. With the last update, the quick button opens incorrect screens, i.e. check a ticket brings up the new newest scratchers screen. So what are we gonna do about it, Mr Lottery Official?????

Never had a problem with this app before, but for the last week or so it will not scan my second chance scratchers? Ugg.. 🤦& from the looks of everybody else's reviews I'm not the only one having this issue!! I noticed that the developer has not replied to anybody's reviews about this issue? It makes me wonder if it's even going to get fixed? So to the Developer "It would be Great if you would Fix This Problem, Please?" Cause this Issue Is Very Frustrating!!
