Something happened to it. It freezes at checkout and doesn't process the order. And nobody seems to be in a hurry to fix it.

Too many bugs on the checkout stage. Missing a lot of good stuff, like delivery times and search could be done much better. Crashes frequently. Terrible app.

Here's how this app works: you place an order, the app messages a call centre, they call the restaurant. This incredibly inefficient process becomes highly problematic when they're busy. Save yourself some trouble and the restaurant some money and just call the restaurant yourself.
