Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I've emailed many times and got the help and then it worked but I'm tired of having to do that over and over again so I'm just gonna cancel my subscription. Too frustrating when you want to read a book and it will just keep loading or it's zoomed in and you cannot read, or you cannot turn the page, or it doesn't download... And it's late at night and you have to wait for the next day to get a reply to your email...ah, no thank you not worth it. Dommage.

The literature is hard to read. The font size does not adapt to the device. On my phone, which has a large screen, the font is too small. I need to expand the view in order to read in which case I then need to scroll enormously. I have the Kindle app on my phone and there's no problem with lecture. Please adapt font to screen resolution. Also, I've downloaded books. Trying to read them I get a 500 server error. That sounds crazy. Surely for downloaded books no server connection is required?

The database is sh**. No relevant author is there. Only some Project Gutenberg rip offs. And many, probably most of the database, all sort of 'lecture notes' volumes. The press is few magazines. And pay attention: the list might seem longer because the same books keep popping up in the list more than once. Compared with the Amazon offer at the same price, the books are of low quality, low variety, and 10 times fewer. The app would have been amazing back in 1995. Today it works, but it is dated.

Poor catalogue, not easy to unsubscribe. From your smartphone you can't unsubscribe using the app nor can you login to your account through your browser. I will have to use my laptop to hopefully be able to login and find an unsubscribe option.

"Book download failed : Unable to create the download root folder". Now downloading stays at -1%, can't even restart the download. Tried 3 different books. Have not succeeded in reading any books yet. Version 2.7.4 installed today, uninstalled, reinstalled. Android 7.1.1. Still no luck.

The app periodically crashes when reading a comic and gets stuck on decrypting the book. The only solution is to uninstall and install again. Amazon Kindle looks like a better solution for me
