I signed up on the website using my email address but the app only allows you to enter a cell number as the username. This leads me to believe that either this is a fraudulent app that was not created by TFG or the developers did not account for this issue

How can my e-mail already be in use when I never even entered it? Tried signing up by entering my cell number,card number and by creating a password... But unfortunately my e-mail is already in use... This is so not awesome!

I've never used the app, but it tells me a customer is already registered on my cell number? How is this even possible. Terrible app. Wouldn't recommend it. Rather use online website.

Does not let you get past the OTP verification to setup new password. "You do not have permission to log in here" errors. On the website it tells me someone else is already registered with my e-mail address....uh, that would be me of course. Sort out whatever causes that bug and then maybe I will re-install. Till then, wasted my data.

"You do not permission to log in here" I have been using TFG online for awhile so already have an account and password that works..... this app however, does NOT work. Whats more, it gives me the bad feeling it might even be a scam app.

I'm not using my old number and for some reason I'm not being given the option of logging in with my email address. It's so frustrating. Not happy at all
