Pretty good, I would recommend changing the delay slider to up and down buttons as its hard to dial in on the setting you want and it doesn't display the delay amount untill after you press start. Aside from that it's perfect and great for using as a speech jammer! If the dev changes this, let me know and I'll give it 5 stars.

It's an audio delay, nothing more. And does it's job perfectly. Useful for that game of delayed speech and in my case, an off-label use of debugging and tuning headset MIC's in real time, much easier!

Seems to me that if you could refine the delay accuracy so that it corresponding to a 180-degree phase shift you would have the makings of a noise cancelling headset. Or am I missing something?
