Paid the $89 or so for a year of it, barely got to use the paid version of it because it continued to prompt me to pay. Complained once and the issue was temporarily fixed (it's back to asking me to pay and saying the app won't work because no Internet connection... I paid for the full version so it could work in the car). On top of that, after I paid the $89, I continuously received emails regarding a $35/year special for my "daughter"; which is a slap in the face because first off, I have a son, and second off the $35/year was not offered when I paid $89 for something I was only able to use a few months...

The update of the App sucks. I wish I never updated. I wonder how I can retrieve the previous characters because the characters in the updated app is differenct from the one I purchased for my daughter. It is not kid friendly (for a 3 year old). My daughter tried to play on the updated app and it hangs up and it is confusing for a kid to play. This app sucks... wish they did not update it at all. The previous one was better and simpler to use.

Pay for program then updated and was force to give my email so they can spam me with adds. Also unable to play game I paid for!
