It's unacceptable for a robot of that price range to have such a poor app and absolutely no support! Nobody replied to my numerous attempts to contact support, both in English (that I fear noone on Cecotec speaks) and Spanish. I give it two stars only because the robot itself does a somewhat decent job. But I do regret this buy! P.S. It's getting even worse.. My robot shows as offline a whole week now, completely unusable! Reinstalling and resetting everything doesn't help at all!

Ridiculous. The app keeps "rediscovering" a new map if the base station was moved even by 1 degree, which the robot does itself when it's trying to dock! And then it does not always scan the rooms correctly, so one of my rooms is now somehow outside of the map. And as there is no way to delete an existing map I cannot even force it to rescan again (which may or may not solve the mapping problem). Add a button to delete a map please!

Not user friendly but it works. Only: it doesn't seem to support cloud seemlessly (every time a device logs in, other devices are kicked out)

absolutely ridiculous for a robot in that price range. constantly creates a new map, even though one is already selected for cleaning.

Cannot use it for anything else than start and stop the robot. Everytime the robot runs, a new map is detected so i cannot program it to clean just one room Really bad app. If you are thinking of buying a Conga, choose a competitor
