Seriously so I updated the app but it still doesn't work. I deleted the app and reinstalled the app and it keeps opening in the browser and the wrong one matter of fact every time, then on the internet up top it say open in app it shuts down then takes me back to internet browser. I have verified my email linked 3 accounts and all I'm not sure what's going on but this is a real inconvenience. If I can't get it to work on the app I am Uninstalling it and deleting all information not worth it.

Linktree is the go to app / software for creating a landing page with all your social media, e commerce, and premium site links. My only complaint with Linktree is that it offers the same functionality as its competitors at a deceptively higher cost because of the company being based outside of the US, so I often pay an international transaction fee for premium features (this may not apply to everyone). There ARE other less expensive options available for creators, just less popular.

The app itself is great. A little annoying that different platforms treat it like spam, but I know that's not LinkTree's fault. However, no matter what permissions I give this app, it refuses to allow me to update my profile photo. Kinda defeats the point of permissions if you won't accept you've been given them. But that is most likely an issue on my end. Once you get past that, the app itself is fantastic and being able to have a custom QR code is practically unmatched.

The App is very user friendly. Had a problem with one of my links, had to figure it out myself after CS kept sending the same auto script for 45 minutes. After an hour an seeing the CS "Away" on their system, I just figured it out myself. Customer Service for this App sucks. I hope I never have to depend on them if there is a problem.

Pros: you can keep video links, typeform, etc on the page instead of going to the other platform. con: even if you have multiple trees with the same email, etc...you are forced to buy seperate plans for each. This alone makes me want to move to a different platform. Con#2: no way to switch trees easily in the app. con#3: no way to include html coding for mass integration of other platforms, for example ability to place own crm contact form html code to capture leads and sent to crm.
