This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyJSU Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It simply doesn't work. None of the features load.

I work at JSU and and I was unable to see any of my paystubs, leave balances, or any other information

The app is not working on my phone. It keeps loading every time I try to log in and nothing happens.

It says to check my connection, I've tried on 3 different ones. My username and password work on my computer and when I am in the internet, but just not this app.

Normally the app works except there is never any info in any of sections. However, now the app wont show anything it just lets me log in and out and shows a white screen.

Great job! Only 1 thing is not available on iRulu tablet which I got for my son headed to JSU.
