The book just dissapears, or won't load, or the app won't open. We've called for support and they just tell us to uninstall the app and redownload it. The tablet itself is awesome, it's just this horrible app. Like, how am I supposed to do my homework every night, or my work in class with this? It's a joke.

I didn't want a tablet I wanted a hardcover book! Now that I have the app it's so useless! I can't highlight, write notes, or even save a page! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The book is available however you can't be on wifi while using the book because it will disappear. To use the book just get off WiFi and the book will reappear.

Their is no books and I call and they just tell me to re install and still no books I have try everyday different WI -first nothing works

Dowloaded the app 3 weeks ago while attending beauty school & have experienced missing book downloads 3x...have had to sign in each time I've closed the app (not signed out, just closed it) and most recently (today) my log in credentials won't work either... even tried to Uninstall & re-install the app like what was suggested in a previous review, then attempted to sign in again & the same situation occurred **NOTE: I'M USING THE SAME LOGIN CREDENTIALS THAT ARE WRITTEN ON MY STUDENT ORIENTATION PAPER**

The app has tons of glitches and needs page location update. It's way too hard to find a page on an app that's suppose to make things simple. There isn't a settings place to change your password. Very disappointing app and very unhelpful tech support.
