This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Ordnett - Medisinsk ordbok on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Veldig bra app å ha i lomma som sykepleiestudent. Er noen vesentlige ord som mangler, men fortsatt virkelig verdt pengene. Hyppig brukt.

About this app

Medical Dictionary is the only dictionary of its kind in Norwegian language which has been published for Android devices. It contains 21 000 articles, which give short, precise definitions of medical terms from all disciplines. Both diseases, organs, physiological functions, laboratory tests, pharmaceutics, abbreviations, healthcare and patient treatment are included.

Medical Dictionary is illustrated.

The author, professor, dr.med. Magne Nylenna, is Director of the Norwegian Knowledge Center for the Health Services.

You can search with wildcards: ? for an arbitrary letter; * for 0 or more arbitrary letters.

As of November 2016 the dictionary is updated to work well with Android OS 6.0, but will no longer be updated.
